Please do note that on some days there is an additional charge for the activity on offer. This will be on magic booking and will be automatically added to your booking. Once you have booked your sessions you will need to pay in advance for the sessions. 

Although we have set activities on each day, we will always have the ‘usual’ activities on offer as well: football, colouring, outdoor play, construction etc. We will always make sure there is something that the children want to do! 

Please note that all activities are subject to change in the case of unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions.

Trips/Outings Days 

• On trip days, parents/guardians will be given a mobile number to use in case they need to contact a staff member throughout the day.
• Our trips are staffed at a 1:5 ratio, with a floating member of staff. Each staff member will be responsible for a small group.
• If you have any concerns about the trips, please do speak to us. We are aware some children may have never been on a trip before and we will always carry out full risk assessments.

Breakfast is available until 8.15am. On all days, parents are requested to send in the following items:

• water bottle
• change of clothes
• sun hat
• sun cream
• sensible shoes
• packed lunch
• warm clothes if cold/wet
